Jeddah, Saudi Arabia · Licensed arbitrator · Notary · Real estate registrar
I started as a trainee lawyer at Farouk Al-Harbi Law Office in 2004, while still an undergraduate at King Abdulaziz University, and continued until I graduated in 2010. During that time I worked on commercial, civil and criminal matters and learned the procedures for incorporating companies, mergers and amending articles of association. I was licensed to practise law in 2011, opened my own office in 2012, and in 2015 it became Al-Malaibari Law Firm and Legal Consultancy, where I serve as Partner and General Manager.
Alongside advocacy, I am a Ministry of Justice accredited arbitrator in personal status and commercial cases, a licensed notary, a licensed real estate registrar, a corporate governance officer and a specialist in estate liquidation.
As a practising lawyer, partner and manager of a law firm, that field experience is what I bring to JUSTECH as Co-Founder and Chief Legal Innovation Officer: legal technology in the Kingdom should be built on a real understanding of how Saudi courts and regulations work, in the language the law is actually practised in.

Law in the Kingdom is practised in Arabic, under Saudi regulations and Sharia principles, yet most legal AI is built in English for other jurisdictions. JUSTECH, founded in 2025, is an Arabic-first legal AI platform that helps individuals, expats, lawyers and businesses understand their legal position, prepare stronger cases and reach the right legal support.
At JUSTECH, I build the legal foundation the platform stands on. I set the legal methodology behind its tools, including the Case Analysis Engine and the AI Legal Assistant, supervise the legal team in defining the requirements for developing the system so it covers users' real legal needs, and lead the development of new legal services and tools together with the technical team.
To keep the platform reliable, I approve how its legal outputs are produced and the controls that govern them, without access to users' data or outputs, which remain confidential. I study the legal feedback users send and turn it into continuous improvements, align the platform with Saudi regulations and data protection requirements, and build partnerships with lawyers and law firms.
A multi-step pipeline where every analysis is generated, audited and refined before delivery.
Helps individuals and expats understand their position and reach the right support.
Matters, clients, deadlines and records in one place for Saudi law firms.
AI-assisted drafting in formal Arabic legal language.
